Spending time training indoors?

If you ride on rollers instead of something that traps your back wheel you will increase efficiency, balance and proprioception (brain-muscle control).

In short, a winter on the rollers will make you a better bike rider than with your wheel trapped.

Over the past few weeks we have had a few messages sent via Messenger on the Soulor Cycles web site. Unfortunatley the system won't let me reply.

Topics were about flywheel stock, 3" rollers, replacemt bearings and feet, and spares generally.
