The direct translation is Sticky cake and the eternal debate is always how sticky do you like it?
It is Swedens answer to a brownie although less sweet, more chocolatey and stickier.
Eat as is or warm yours and eat with ice cream, cream or crème fraiche.
They have theirs slightly warm with cream or cold just as is.
What ever you decide it's absolute filth.
They make theirs with salted butter and a high quality cocoa.
