🤯 I wanted to work over the summer and I really convinced myself if I didn’t post online I’d only get small orders on Etsy…. Boy I was wrong!! Giving ‘I only want the odd order’ vibes didn’t matter! I took so many orders in the space of an hour one evening, the kids thought it was hilarious, I think I gained another 10 grey hairs!! 👵🏼 I got the orders made but it scared me into closing for the next 4 weeks! I’m so pleased I did, as soon as I reopened the orders started coming in again… thank you to each and every one of you that’s ever ordered! I am eternally grateful! 🙏

🪡 Well August zipped by didn’t it?! I’ve had a lovely time with my family, as well as squeezing in a lot of appointments and other essential boring bits!
I’m easing back into sewing, however I did do a thing!! I’m the ultimate Queen of procrastination, I’ve pondered the idea of selling ‘Dress it up’ buttons for literally years. They make most beautiful and fun buttons that I’ve ever come across, and a lot of the tiny buttons I use on Rosettes are from this brand. I finally came to the conclusion that I had to give it a go! So I consulted my team… meaning my hubby and kids… listened to their conflicting words of wisdom and went for it!! Eek! So, if you’re a fellow crafter or if you dabble in crafts but don’t try call yourself a crafter (but you are!) then pop on over to my shop and see the full range I have available! 🪡

☀️🍦I’ve tried writing this post so many times and I’ve come to the conclusion I’m great at chatting in person but hate putting my words down on social media posts… so here goes!!! I’m kind of off for the summer now! Kind of means I’m going to open and close my Etsy shop throughout the holidays depending on what’s going on in life! I want to be present with my family, make lots of memories and have some time to switch off. Equally sewing is good for my soul and I miss it! Message if you want something and I will always reply and let you know if I can get it made in time. I won’t be posting on social media because quite frankly I hate talking into the abyss and it’s definitely not good for my soul! So bye for now, I’ll post again at the beginning of September! Thank you for all your orders over the last few months… you’ve kept me so busy!!!🍦☀️

🍎 This weekend is the final weekend to order Teachers Gifts! Everything Teacher related will now be posted out 1st class, and I’m posting daily so as soon as anything’s made it’s on its way!! I’m so very grateful to all the orders I’ve had this year. 💐 I’ve made lots of lovely Buntings, and Bookmarks have been a hit too!! 🍎

🍎 Once they’re gone, they’re gone! I’ve spent a bit of time today pulling together some more ‘Happy Apple’ Bookmarks ready to be personalised for Teachers! They’re discounted, with free postage and come gift wrapped! All you need to do is tell me your child’s Teachers name at the checkout!! Link in comments! 🍎
