From swampy to sparkling. 🫧

This swim spa in Milton Keynes was looking rather more like a wildlife pond than somewhere you’d fancy going for a swim when Ross arrived to give it some HTO love.

Old water out, debris cleared, shell thoroughly cleaned and everything given the attention it needed before being refilled and brought back to how a swim spa should look.

Quite the transformation - and a good reminder of just how much difference a proper service can make.

A home sauna can be worth every penny. It can also become a beautifully made room that rarely gets used.

Some people know exactly which hot tub they want. Mark took a little more time.

After several showroom visits, plenty of questions and a wet test, he settled on the HTO Blenheim, with hydrotherapy an important part of his decision.

A delay in transit initially meant he could be waiting until late August, but things moved quicker than expected and we were able to install it at his home in Marsh Gibbon in July.

With a section of fence removed for access, the Blenheim was soon in place, complete with extra-grip steps and a handrail to make getting in and out easier.

Sometimes taking your time to find the right hot tub is time well spent.

Some installations look brand new, others look as though they've quietly been waiting for the hot tub to arrive.

This HotSpring Aria has settled beautifully into Dee and Chris's garden in Upper Basildon. Framed by late summer colour and surrounded by established planting, it already feels like part of the landscape rather than something that's just been delivered.

Most water problems don't appear overnight. A slightly drifting pH or falling sanitiser level can usually be corrected in minutes if you catch it early.
Leave it for a week, and you may find yourself facing cloudy water that could have been avoided altogether.

Jane had spent years enjoying an inflatable hot tub, but this summer she decided it was time for an upgrade.

After visiting the showroom with her daughter, granddaughter and family friend, the choice came down to two models. In the end, the Hot Spot SX won out, offering just that little bit more room for the annual family "festival" that takes over Jane's garden each year.

With the date already in the diary, there wasn't much time to spare. The order moved quickly, the crane was booked, and a few weeks later her new hot tub was safely in place and ready for its first guests.

Looking at that patio, surrounded by flowers in full bloom, it's difficult to imagine a better setting for a summer evening.

We hope this year's festival is the best one yet.
