I do love creating vision boards, you never know how they will come together, what inspires you or dreams to be included until you make space to listen. Each is unique and very special. The start of our calendar year is a good time to create one for the year ahead, but why limit yourself to one! 😍We can always benefit from taking some time to connect with our true self and see what our hopes, dreams and wishes are.
Having a visual representation of these on display is not only a power process in creation, it is a daily reminder of that moment and who we are. You'll see this one displayed at the studio being sounded into being. 🥰
Our next Art Journaling Workshop this Sat 21st Jan, 10-12noon, will be an experience of guided meditation and art journaling. This can be a single, stand alone session so don't worry if you've not been able to come to the others.
