After sitting down and really going through the cost of everything — materials, packaging, energy, time, testing, compliance, and the hours you don’t see — I had a bit of a wake-up call.
I’m massively underpaid.
I’ve been undervaluing my time, my effort, and my product.
When I looked at brands similar to mine — with the same quality ingredients, the same care, the same ethics — I realised I’m charging significantly less than I should be.
So, from January 2026, my prices will be increasing.
Not because I want to, but because I need to run a sustainable business that supports my family, protects my health, and allows The Cosy Bird to grow the way it deserves to.
