I was so lucky last year to visit Egypt and fell in love with some of the colours at the valley of the kings. Rather than buying souvenirs I thought I would make myself a shawl to remember the trip. I found the yarns and the was the perfect pattern. I have loved making this so much and the result is perfect. I am going to make more shawls to remember special trips.

Well it’s been a while. We are finally freeing ourselves from builders and Pippin Yarns has been calling me for a while. I will be slowly building back up over the next few months. Sadly I won’t be exhibiting at next year - I knew I wouldn’t be ready in time but that means I get to attend as a visitor - so yay!!
I will be at and hopefully some other shows later in the year.
The online store will be back over the next few weeks as well. Finally I am going to be at a couple of local to me Christmas events - more on that in another post.
