Production version of the plc based control panel. Pictures show a two zone controller.

The latest design uses a plc to control a medium complexity building cooling system. Shown here is a single area version which is expandable to four. Each area is independent but, via the program, can inter react with the others. In the photo it is connected to the development simulator model. The system was designed and developed for a specialist UK company. The important design criteria was simple installation and with just a row of terminals for each area, that need was satisfied.

A prototype printed circuit board that was required to monitor temperatures and the times that the predefined limits were exceeded. It then provided outputs to a temperature control panel and bms, whilst at the same time, modifying the speed control voltage to a large fan. Shown here with the simulator used during development

A series of pcb's that can be combined to perform complex control functions. The picture shows three timer modules and a psu in conjunction with a relay interface boards. A very versatile system that was designed for a client.
