Plenty of HDMI ports replaced last week, and another Series X on my bench today.

But look at those pins! 🤩

I reckon I’ll treat myself to an ice pop for a job well done. 😅

Hall Effect? Yes we do!

All our PS5 controller Hall Effect installations include a deep clean and new thumbsticks.

What is Hall Effect?

Well,

Traditional analog sticks use a mechanical pin and strip potentiometer/ stick that’s prone to the dreaded drift. 9 times out of 10, we find dirt in the potentiometer that obstructs the up / down / left / right communication.

Hall Effect sticks use magnets and sensors instead, making them highly drift resistant and better yet, more sensitive!

We aim to have all repairs done same day. 😊
