📢 C9 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING FALSE INFORMATION CIRCULATING IN THE FILIPINO SELLER COMMUNITY ‼️

We would like to address the FALSE INFORMATION currently circulating among Filipino sellers claiming that C9 items without a tag underneath are considered counterfeit/fake.

This announcement was made today after we submitted a video created by a Filipino seller claiming that “no tag underneath = FAKE.” C9 has now made it clear in their official announcement that THIS INFORMATION IS NOT TRUE.

We strongly encourage everyone, especially sellers creating informational or educational videos, to DO YOUR PROPER RESEARCH AND VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION FIRST before making claims that can potentially damage a brand, business, or seller’s reputation.

Please be reminded that making and spreading false claims is not something that will simply be ignored. You may be held liable for statements and information you publicly share, especially when presented as factual information.

We have already reported this matter and have started gathering the videos circulating with this false claim.

🙏🏼 If you come across any video or post claiming that C9 items without a tag underneath are fake/counterfeit, please send it to us. Your cooperation will help us properly document and address this issue.
