One year later! 🖤
we set out at the beginning of 2025 with just a simple plan of creating an alternative community driven space, Filled with craftsmanship from local independent creatives. No slop. Just beautiful made items spanning all different categories that are truly unique, with a chance to hang out and discover. You don’t have to dress, act or be a particular person to feel welcomed.
We’ve had people visit from across the globe (we wish we were being dramatic 😂) it can feel like a heavy burden some days when it’s the two of us holding up this beast in Digbeth, but we wouldn’t change it for the world. Every day we open the doors at 10am we’re living a dream, and in a way feel like we’re helping even in a small way enabling 50 odd dreams for others too, one day we hope to be in the 100’s 🖤
It’s not for the weak opening a space like this, businesses do dictate your next move, it tells you where you should be going, what your next move is. Listen to your gut and the people that visit. Even a delayed carrier bag delivery feels like the end of the world on a Sunday evening 😂
We have a handful of very exciting slow burning plans for 2027 & 2028. We’re just glad so many people put trust in us to keep this space here for the people that didn’t feel at home in other places.
We never expect anybody to open their wallet when they come in here, it’s always been people and the music first. The culture is what we’re trying to carry and we thank you for letting us 🖤
