Hi!
Sorry been quiet for a while but there has been so mych going on this year with being in hospital and then having to close the shop.
I am still making cards to order and there are others to be seen on the website. I have new artwork as well which I am in the process of making up and hopefully will be able to start uploading some images very soon . Thank you to all the people that are still ordering and those that are still checking in on the page.

Rosie is still making cards to the same spec just via WhatsApp, email or telephone request. You can also contact me through Facebook. Cards are available via post and some can be delivered directly.
I would just like to say a big thank you to the people that have trusted me to make their cards over the many year’s and especially to those that still do .

I am really sad to say that Rosie’s Card Shack is having to close. It is due to circumstances beyond my control, not by choice. I will still be selling online at

I would like to thank everyone that has come in and bought from me over the last 10 years plus. I have met so many lovely people through working in the shop and will miss the chats and the laughs that I have shared with many of you over the years.

Hi everyone. Sorry to say it but Christmas is fast approaching .
The bags are out, as are the handmade cards - although the stock for them seems to get no bigger because as quick as they are made they are going. Anyone that wants cards with their photo on it is best to give as much notice as possible please. The luxury boxes of cards are another one that is selling out quickly , so if you want some of them either pop over to the shop or look at the website to see what the new range is. If it states out of stock you can always order and I can get more for you. There is plenty of wrapping paper as well
In rolls or the ever popular sheets.
The calendars are also in with the ever popular Art Deco ones in the sales lead.
If you just aren’t ready for Christmas yet there are an extremely large number of new ranges in the ready made card ranges- something for everyone.
So if you are out this way come snd say hi and have a nose. There is no charge for looking and a chat is always welcome.

Exciting news to share!!!!

It has been all systems go at Rosie's Card Shack this weekend and I am excited to say I am finally coming out of the dark ages with a tried and tested website.

Now, we have only just scratched the surface and I hope you can appreciate that I am prioritising getting my Christmas stock online first. We will be building this up over the next fortnight to put a wider range on. As you know, there is a wide variety to get online so it will take a bit of time. You will be able to order things to click and collect or delivery for small delivery charge.

As usual, you can order through Whatsapp if you can't find what you need online. For now, all handmade card orders will still need to be placed through WHATSAPP on 07407365641.

New COVID-19 restrictions are to come into force on Thursday and all non-essential businesses have to close.

HAVE NO FEAR! We will be staying open for click and collect orders only.

We are currently working hard behind the scenes to make our first website where you will be able to place your orders and collect from the shop which will hopefully be up and running ready for the start of next week.

You will still be able to order through WhatsApp, like normal, and this will still be the preferred method of contact for personalised handmade cards.

We will also be doing local deliveries if getting to the shop is an issue. There will be a small charge for this service.

Hi. Hope you are all keeping safe and not feeling the cold too much today.
I think everyone is starting to think about Xmas early this year, probably due to talk about covid 19 and lockdowns. The Xmas cards are certainly selling well at the shop. There is a good choice of luxury boxes RRP £4.99 but at Rosie's they are selling for £2.99. They are a well made card with proper inserts, and of course there is also the everyday Xmas cards at prices of £1.99 a box.
There is also a varied range of handmade cards now on sale which can have the person's name put on and you choose your own verse as always.
There are sheets of wrapping papers and of course rolls on offer.
We also have gift bags and gift boxes on sale with various ribbons , bows and labels on sale.
Please feel free to come and browse, the range is not freely available on the high street as a lot is made by a small supplier. Family cards are available as well , with prices starting from 99p.
The full range of birthday cards, bags , wrappings etc will not be taken off display so will be available as well right up until Xmas.

Hi, hope everyone is well and enjoying a bit of freedom while it lasts. Actually got some new cards made and thought I would share some with you. The next post though will probably be the dreaded C word, Christmas. People are asking about Christmas cards already 😜 n case we re enter lockdown. Do please , if you hate the thought forgive me , but some people do want to see them . Keep safe Rosie
