There's nothing like a long weekend in the sun! 🌞 And is making sure you can make the most of this bank holiday by supporting your local indie businesses and discovering all the new new and exciting things Brum has to offer - I will be at on Saturday with your next craft project which you can start right there and then in the beautiful surroundings of BBG 🪷 and then on Sunday it's the first BAM at 💥 such a great new venue where everything tastes good (seriously, I have checked).

You lot love a list too! 📝 I'll never manage all of these but please keep suggestions coming anyway because if I'm going to waste my time it might as well be on extremely niche local art.

I am not old enough to remember The Hummingbird, but I am old enough to remember when it was the Carling Academy and seeing the S*x Pistols in 2008 and spending longer in the car park trying to leave than time in the actual gig. 🚗

I also remember seeing Sarah Millican at The Vic for a fiver in 2009. What a time to be alive! 😱
