📢 WE’RE RECRUITING — MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE! 📢

Farm 2 Family Butchers is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking people to join our teams in Wiltshire and Halesowen.

We expect to have a variety of positions available, including:

🥩 Store Managers and Supervisors
🛒 Retail and Customer-Service Assistants
🔪 Butchers and Backroom Meat Cutters
📦 Stock Control and Ordering Staff
🚚 Drivers and Mobile Sales Staff
🧹 Cleaning and Hygiene Staff

Depending on the position, duties may include:

• Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Preparing, cutting, packing and displaying products
• Receiving, checking and rotating stock
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with orders
• Keeping retail, preparation and storage areas clean and hygienic
• Following all food-safety and company procedures
• Handling payments and supporting the daily running of the store

We are looking for people who:

✅ Are reliable and have excellent timekeeping
✅ Arrive clean, smart and presentable
✅ Are polite, friendly and well-mannered
✅ Take genuine pride in their work
✅ Can work flexible hours, including some weekends
✅ Work well independently and as part of a team
✅ Are willing to learn and go above and beyond when required
✅ Genuinely want to contribute to a growing local business

Previous retail, butchery, food-service, management or driving experience would be an advantage. However, applications are also welcome from people with the right attitude and a genuine willingness to learn. Training may be provided depending on the position.

📅 Recruitment process

Applications will remain under review for approximately four weeks. During this time, we will assess applicants and invite suitable candidates to interview. Please bear with us while we carefully consider every application. Candidates selected for interview will be contacted directly.

💷 Rates of pay

Rates of pay will vary depending on the position, department, responsibilities and the applicant’s experience. Full details will be discussed during the interview process. We are looking for genuine candidates who will enjoy the role, take pride in their work and become valued members of our team. An appropriate rate will then be agreed for the successful applicant, subject to all applicable minimum-wage requirements.
