Since opening our boutique chocolate store in 2002, Chouchoute - French for 'pampered' - has earned a reputation for its refined style and the vision of owner Pierre Soualah. Pierre turned his lifelong passion for gastronomy into a unique tasting experience, sharing new and exciting chocolate recipes with our customers, many of whom have shopped with us since we first opened. After 18 years in Birmingham city centre's elegant Great Western Arcade, we took the decision to close our store and go online-only.
