Your safety matters to us. While helium balloons are a fun and popular addition to celebrations, it’s important to understand the risks associated with improper use. Helium is a non-toxic gas, but inhaling it can quickly reduce oxygen levels in the body and may lead to serious injury or death without warning.
Please take a moment to read the attached safety guidance before using any helium-filled products. In particular:
• Never inhale helium from balloons or cylinders.
• Keep balloons away from young children and never allow a balloon to cover a child’s face.
• Dispose of balloons responsibly after use, especially partially deflated foil balloons.
We strongly encourage all customers to supervise children around balloons at all times and to follow the guidance provided on the safety card.
By using helium balloons responsibly, we can help ensure every celebration stays safe, enjoyable, and worry-free.
