Your overlocker can do so much more than just finish seams 🧵✨⁠

If you already know the basics and you’re ready to build confidence and explore what your overlocker is really capable of, this Developing Your Overlocker Skills class is such a brilliant next step. We start by refreshing what you already know, then move on to learning new techniques that really open things up.⁠

You’ll play with flatlocking, lettuce hems and gathering, then put those skills straight into practice by sewing a Bedrock Tee by Sew Liberated. It’s such a satisfying way to see how these techniques work in a real, wearable garment ✂️💛⁠

It’s a relaxed, supportive day in the studio, perfect if you want to feel more fluent with your overlocker and start using it creatively, not just practically.⁠

🎄✨ Fancy a little festive sewing for the kids?⁠

Our Kids Christmas Stockings Workshop is a relaxed, friendly session where young makers can have a go on the sewing machines, learn some new skills and make their very own Christmas stocking to take home 🧦❤️⁠

⏰ The class is suitable for children aged 7+ and runs on Saturday 20th December, 10am–1pm. ⁠

It’s perfect for beginners, gently guided, and all about having fun, building confidence and getting creative in the run-up to Christmas. All materials are included, just bring their enthusiasm ✂️✨⁠
