🪡🐝Did you see last nights Sewing Bee? The transformation challenge involved turning unwanted fleece jackets into toys.
Many of you may also have some old school uniform that’s not longer required. If you’re brave enough to cut it up, it can be used to make a lovely array of items, including being part of a patchwork blanket or made into a teddy. We have a fantastic stock of Guttermans threads, zips, recycled toy stuffing, safety eyes, buttons, trims and much much more. 🧵🪡

AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY
We will be closed on Saturday 29th, Monday 31st of August and Tuesday 1st September. Team Cow will be busy counting buttons and balls of wool to enter onto our new till while we are closed.
So leading up to then, if you can’t find what you need in the shop, please just ask us as it maybe in another room ready for counting.
In the meantime we are open 9-4 weekdays and 10-2 this Saturday (from September our Saturday hours will be 9-1). So, make sure you are stocked up with all crafting supplies you will need for over the bank holiday break. 💜🐄💜

Hiya folks, we are closing at 3pm today only (Thursday 13th Aug). Unfortunately the heat is making us feel ill. We are doing our best not to let the heatwaves affect our business too much but today I’m afraid, it’s got the better of us. We will be back at 9am tomorrow.

Hello lovely crafting folk. We are installing a new till system in September, which is very exciting and nerve wracking at the same time.
We will be introducing new gift vouchers/cards, which allows you to spend what you want on it incase you don’t want to use the entire balance in one go (I’ll explain that better another time). In the meantime if you have any of our current gift vouchers lying around, please can you use them by Christmas Eve 2026.
Everything in our shop are being entered onto the till for stock control. If you need some wool and can’t find it on the shelf, it may be in our stockroom ready for counting, just let us know what you need and we will see if we have it. In the meantime we are open as usual weekdays 9-4, and 10-2 on Saturdays.
From September are new Saturday open hours will be 9-1.🐄

SORRY BUT OUR TOILETS ARE OUT OF ACTION 🤦🏻‍♀️. We have not long had them checked out and we thought fixed but looks like there’s still an issue. So sorry.
