It's come to our attention that our Trustpilot page doesn't look very good... when selling on marketplaces such as eBay etc, it's impossible to send review invites, as we don't get your actual email address from that channel. While we have some amazing feedback on eBay, we find that people are more inclined to leave bad reviews elsewhere when they have a bad experience with us, which doesn't happen very often. So please don't let Trustpilot or Google reviews influence your decision. On the other hand if you've had a good and positive experience purchasing from us in the past, please do let others know!

A note to buyers in the USA: import taxes are not determined by where you buy goods from, but the country in which those goods are manufactured or produced. For example, if you buy goods from us, which are shipped from the UK, but those goods are manufactured in China, then you will be asked to pay extra 30% in import taxes, which is the rate applied to China, not the 10% rate that is applied to the UK. Where we have that data available, the 'country of manufacture' is stated on our eBay listings and on our websites. This allows you to make an informed decision before purchasing from us. Oh and please don't ask us to declare false information to customs, we can't/won't do that I'm afraid.

We have received notification from DHL of service suspensions to some countries, which unfortunately mean we are unable to accept orders for delivery there. Canada Due to industrial action taking place in Canada, all DHL operations are being suspended as of 20th June 2025. Israel and Iran Due to airspace being closed to commercial flights because of the current state of emergency declared in both countries, DHL have suspended operations and are not accepting shipments to these destinations....

Due to new government policy, US customers who import goods over $800 from other countries may need to pay tariffs and fees, also known as duties. Buyers in the USA should be aware that effective from 4th February 2025, any items that they purchase from sellers outside the USA will be subject to payment of import duties/taxes where the product has a Country Of Origin/Manufacture specified as either China or Hong Kong.

Be warned of fake courier emails doing the rounds, I received the two below in the space of 24 hours. These are both clearly fake, and while we use both Royal Mail and DPD to send out parcels, it is important to point out that genuine emails from them will never ask you to 'pay a fee' to reschedule a delivery.
Any obvious fake emails should be forwarded as an attachment to [email protected] for investigation.

A customer has made us aware of an email they received from Evri which mentions our company as having sent them a parcel. We'd like to take this opportunity to assure all our customers that we do not use Evri's services, and therefore any such emails claiming we have sent them a parcel using Evri are fraudulent.
Unfortunately there are a lot of scam Evri emails being distributed at this time - I personally get several a week! - which are designed to trick people into handing over personal information or to defraud them out of money.
Any such emails should be forwarded as an attachment to the National Cybercrime Security Centre for investigation at [email protected]. See the link below for further details on how to keep safe from such phishing scams.
