A Level 3 Certification in Catering and Restaurant, studied International Culinary Arts in abroad and Hospitality Management.
Since, he became VIRAL and got 2.8 Million views for his 20 Viral videos circulating in Tiktok and also known now as the " Dragon Chef " and also the " UBE King ".
He worked in many 5 Star Restaurants / Hotels and Michelin Star Restaurants across in many Countries. He is a member of the "Craft Guild of CHEFS in the UK and an active practitioner of Authentic FILIPINO Cuisine and making it " HALAL " for everyone to enjoy the TRUE taste of Filipino Dishes at is BEST.
Heidi's Bubble Magic is derived from his loving wife Heidi and his love for Authentic Culinary Dishes of the Philippines.
