Hello! It's been a little while 💖 thank you to everyone who supported us last year and especially for the orders placed over the festive period. 💕🌟 We're now in a fresh, exciting, new year with so much ahead. So we thought we'd give a little update on what's happening. 🌟

Some of you know that I'm currently back studying full time, alongside running the shop and other commitments 📔📖. Now I'm in the final stretches of some important work and having to really focus on my studying for the next couple of months. 💖🌟 So we've made the tough decision of putting the shop updates on hiatus to really focus on the final push of my studying. 💖

The Gilded Thread Co online shop will remain open and orders will be fulfilled as they come in, (usual 3-6 day processing times) but we won't be adding anything new for a couple of months while I finish my work. 💖🌟 There's over 200 items in the shop currently and lots more in our highlights, so there's plenty to choose from and I'm sure that these pieces will find their perfect home in their own time. 💕

We have tonnes of amazing items which haven't been shown yet 😍 but I'd like to do them justice once we're running shop updates again, to give them the attention they deserve. 💖🌟

So, that's it from us! It's not a goodbye, more of a see you in a little while. 👋 We hope you'll stick around and we will pop in now and again to check in and showcase some existing beauties. 💖 Excited to show you all the hidden treasures in a few months! 🎉🎊 Have an amazing start to 2022. 💖

Morning beauts! 💜💖 All open orders are being posted today, thanks so much to those who support us. 💖

A little sneaky peek at what's coming to the shop soon, some amazing druzy agate moons and hearts! 💖🌙 You know we love crystal carvings here and the added druzy sparkles on these pieces are gorgeous! 💖🌟

In pastel tones of purples, pinks, whites and blues, these pieces make for perfect pocket crystals or displayed in a sparkly collection. 💜💖

Happy Tuesday angels! Hope you're all having a good start to the week so far. 💜🌟 We're really drawn to purple crystals at the moment, so we wanted to showcase some amazing chevron amethyst pieces we have coming to the shop soon! 😍💜

All of these pieces have the most amazing deep purple colours and distinct chevron banding 💜🌟 from mini spheres, hearts, large spheres and one tower, there is quite the selection! 💜🌟

Chevron Amethyst, otherwise known as Dream Amethyst has chevroned purple and white banding running through the crystal 💜🌟 combining the properties of Amethyst and Quartz. Associated with balancing the mind, clarity of thought and purification. It is also used in meditation and said to enhance self discovery and relaxation. 💜🌟

We're planning our next shop update very soon before our Christmas Postage cut off date of the 13th of December so watch this space! 💜☃️🎉🎊❄

Only 3 days to go until our first November shop update! 😍🥳🎊🎉🎆 We're super excited to bring you some amazing, unique pieces just in time for the festive season. 🎄☃️ And these big fluorite towers would make the most amazing gift. 💜

These three statement fluorite towers were chosen by hand for their unique features 💜 from ocean tones of deep blues and greens, to vibrant purple and pink tones and amazing natural stripes and layered formations. 💜

These will be listed in the shop this Sunday at 7pm along with our agate skulls, pyrite spheres, hearts and towers, carnelian hearts and palmstones and raw black tourmaline pieces. 💜🖤 Lots of work to do but we can't wait to see who adopts these pieces. 🎆🌟

Morning angels! 🌟 A new week begins and with it comes our shop update this weekend! 🖤✨

We've been really drawn to grounding and protective crystals lately, and there's no better example of that than black tourmaline! 🖤 These raw chunks of shiny black tourmaline have glittery inclusions of mica and one special piece has natural raw smokey quartz in the center for that added protection. 🖤🌟

Black Tourmaline is known for its protective and purifying abilities, helping to balance and ground the user. 🖤 It is also associated with removing spiritual blockages, reducing fear and is especially useful for any empaths to protect their energy. 🖤🌟

These beauties along with carnelian, pyrite and a collection of skulls will be available this Sunday in our shop. 🖤🌟

Morning angels! 💛🌟 Hope you're having a lovely week so far 🌟 now that we're into November, we can start thinking about the festive season. 😍🥂🎆

In our house, gold is such a traditional festive colour 🌟💛 from sparkly decorations to golden candle light, so these gorgeous pyrite pieces have put us right in the festive spirit! 🌟

Pyrite is known as a stone of prosperity, used to attract wealth, abundance and luck. 🌟 Whilst also offering protection, shielding the user from negative energy. Associated with boosting confidence, its a great stone to have around when you feel demotivated or lacking in focus. 💛🌟

We have a range of stunning golden pyrite spheres, hearts and towers ready to put onto the website in next week's shop update! Along with our vibrant carnelian pieces and a collection of crystal skulls. 🌟✨

🎃💀🦇🍂 Good morning! Who else is super into the spooky spirit now that Halloween is right around the corner? 😍🎃💀🦇🍂

We're not usually huge fans of skull carvings, but these spooky scary skeleton beauties absolutely stole our hearts 😍💀 so we had to bring them to the shop! 🎃🍂

We will have a small selection of amazingly detailed skulls in the shop next week, ready for Halloween. 🎃 🍂🦇💀 Some with bright orange agate, reminiscent of fallen leaves and pumpkins 🎃🍂 while others have a darker formation of black agate 💀🦇 or a classic crystal skull of white howlite. 💀

It's finally Friday! 🎉🎊 That means we're only two days away from our latest shop update! 😍✨ Hope you've had an amazing week angels.

We couldn't resist adding these stunning flashy labradorite pieces to the update this week. 🤭💜 We have traditional ocean blue flash pieces, bright sunset orange and shimmery purple pieces. 😍💙🧡💜

Labradorite is associated with self-discovery, through increasing motivation, attention and determination. 💜 It is also said to be a powerful protector, relieving stress and filtering negative energy.

Morning angels! A brand new week already and we're still drawn to our purple crystals. 💜😍

Excited to announce that our next shop update will be this Sunday at 8pm! 😍💜 This will include the thulite tumblestones, rose quartz bowl, silky fluorite spheres and all of the incredible amethyst pieces shown here. 💜

When we saw these amethyst moon carvings, we knew they had to come to the shop! 🌙✨ These intricate carvings, along with gemmy amethyst teardrops and shimmery hearts are all unique, with varying tones of purple amethyst and clear quartz. 💜 ✨

We will put a reminder in our stories soon, so be sure to set this for Sundays update! 💜🌙

Hope you're having a good week so far angels 💜 ours has definitely been one of gazing at gorgeous new arrivals! Including these show stopping silky fluorite spheres. 😍💜

We have three of these incredible spheres available, each with the softest natural banding and swirls. Combined with their vibrant tones of purples and pinks, these beauties remind us of little planets. 💜

Silky fluorite is associated with calming the mind, though soothing our thoughts and helping us to ignore distractions. As with all fluorite, it is also associated with concentration, focus and studying. 💜

Good morning! 💖🌟✨ A little hello from us after taking an impromptu week break. It's been good to recenter and slow things down as the winter draws in. Hope you're making the most of the cosy season too! 🍁🍂🎃🕯️

But we're back with some super special pieces which will be ready for new homes soon. 😍 First up, these gorgeous thulite tumblestones. A new stone to the shop, but with its deep pink to mauve tones, we were really drawn to these beauties. 💖✨

Thulite is associated with love and compassion, through allowing the user to address their old emotional wounds and begin self-healing. 💖 This allows us to see the world and others more compassionately. 💖 It is also said to provide strength in adversity and assists in overcoming shyness and social insecurity. 💖

This incredible gemmy rose quartz star bowl may also make an appearance in the next shop update too. 🤫💖 The date of our next shop update is to be confirmed, so watch this space and make sure post notifications are on. 💖✨

Happy Saturday angels! 💖✨ Spending the morning looking at every single one of these incredible spirit quartz clusters. 😍 It's no secret that spirit quartz is one of our all time favourite crystals! When we can grab some for the shop we always do. 💖🤭

Spirit quartz, otherwise known as fairy quartz or cactus quartz, has amazing point formations, with the points themselves covered in tiny crystal points. Creating tonnes of natural sparkle in the sunlight. 💖✨ Different to our last batch of purple spirit quartz, these pieces will be more on the pale, pastel to white spectrum of spirit quartz. 💖 These pieces definitely look like they belong in an ethereal kingdom somewhere glittering away! ⛅

Associated with spiritual growth, bringing harmony and unity, releasing fears and enhancing perception, these pieces are definitely a must in any collection! 💖✨
