Only paid order is a confirmed order. The shipping depends on what are you ordering and how busy am I. Usually its around 3 weeks from the cleared payment. You are covering the postage cost if you decide to return the item, unless the item is faulty, in that case the postage cost is on us. All my parcels are posted by signed for delivery by royal mail.
