We are bringing to you fashion handmade crochet hats, personalized stuffed toys and much more. If you are interested in anything please send me a message or e-mail. Only paid order is a confirmed order. The shipping depends on what are you ordering and how busy am I. Usually its around 3 weeks from the cleared payment. Please allow up to 5-8 weeks in busy period. If you need it sooner, please message me and Ill see what can I do. There is no refund on personalized items. You can cancel your order within 3 working days from placing your order. You are covering the postage cost if you decide to return the item, unless the item is faulty, in that case the postage cost is on us. All my parcels are posted by signed for delivery by royal mail. All my items are made in pet and smoke free home. I wish you all happy buying and looking forward to your orders :) Thank you
