Meet the Cajun Soul Andouille Hot Dog. 🌭🔥
Made with an imported Louisiana-style Andouille sausage, naturally smoked over hardwood and seasoned with bold Cajun spices for a rich, smoky kick.

We score the sausage down every edge before grilling, so it opens up, crisps beautifully, and catches every bit of flavour.

Then we swap the ordinary hot dog bun for a thick-cut square Japanese shokupan bun, butter-fried on all four sides until crisp and golden, while staying soft and fluffy inside.

Finished with: 🤍 Garlic Lime Aioli 🥃 Grandma's Tangy BBQ 🌶 Fresh chillies 🧅 Crispy onions
