I have several apiaries around where i live and depending on the seasons lots different flavours of honey are produced by the bees. Its just cold filtered then put in the jars. This keeps the honey in its natural state just as the bees store it with the pollen and the beneficial enzymes intact. The lip balm is made with calendula oil which i make with cold pressed Scottish rapeseed oil infused wit

h calendula from my garden. Its then blended with coconut oil and the beeswax from my hives. I sell the honey in the Deli in Dunkeld, via post or locally delivered
