We sell only top branded watches and all are provided with a 12 month warranty (unless otherwise stated) from Xupes Ltd. The watch movement is covered under this warranty however this does not apply to any inappropriate damage caused by mistreatment of your watch. The warran
ty does not cover damage to bracelets, cases, crystals/glasses, or damage arising from use in water. We do not cover accidental damage or loss. Our Xupes warranty is not transferable. We provide every watch sold with a free replacement valuation which can be used for insurance purposes. In addition clients receive a statutory 14 day money back guarantee on all watches which we deliver via the mail providing they are returned to us in their original condition. All returns must be agreed with Xupes beforehand. As well as selling quality watches, we also offer additional services: watch cleaning and refurbishment and watch servicing and repair. JEWELLERY
We sell fine quality jewellery and work with specialist suppliers to bring you honest and accurate descriptions. We maintain a full photographic record of all pieces sold. We are unable to accept returns where items have been specifically modified or made for a client and encourage our clients to physically view and try items prior to purchase. We can however modify items (such as resizing rings) although there may be a small charge. Returns of items sent by mail will be accepted for the statutory 14 day period after delivery.
