Victorian floor tiles and geometric patterns are just as popular today as they were in the 1860s. Traditionally used in entrance halls, porches, front pathways, and kitchens, these timeless designs continue to add character, colour, and elegance to both period and contemporary homes. Their durability and striking visual appeal have ensured their enduring popularity for more than a century and a half. Just a small selection here from Original Style

We've seen a growing interest in Delft tiles over the last six months, and it's easy to understand why. Delftware, the traditional tin-glazed earthenware made in Britain since the late 1500s, has been admired for centuries. Although production methods and decorative styles have changed over time, the delicate blue-and-white patterns and timeless character of Delft tiles remain as appealing today as ever.

Here are a couple of examples from Fired Earth and Ca'pietra

Customer Photo | Farrow & Ball Eating Room Red No.43

After much deliberation, our customer took the plunge, and what a transformation! Her beautiful late Victorian home had been painted entirely white by the previous owner, but she wanted to put her own stamp on it and introduce more colour, warmth, and character.

Farrow & Ball's Eating Room Red No.43 does exactly that. This rich, dramatic burgundy red creates a stunning statement, adding depth and personality while complementing the home's period features beautifully.
