Bishops Waltham Country Market is part of the Country Markets network of over 450 local markets in England, Wales and the Channel Islands. Country Markets Ltd is a nationwide friendly co-operative enterprise, previously known as WI Markets. It is a non profit-making organisation - after expenses, all proceeds are returned to the producers. It provides a retail outlet for Market members to sell their high quality, home-made produce.

We have some beautiful baking for sale at tomorrow’s market, and a piece of cake with your cuppa in the cafe.
10-12 Jubilee Hall.
We have some Mediterranean inspired feta and spinach pastries . Chilli. Cottage pie. Quiche. Pies. Gluten free baking. Brioche. Lemon sponge cake made with butter. Limoncello cookies.
Veg includes courgettes, beans(runner and french), cucumbers, tomatoes, beetroot and more if it’s looking good to harvest tomorrow morning…
Fresh and fragrant garden flowers.
Local eggs.
Home made jams, marmalades, piccalilli and chutney.

Fresh local veg available from our local growers 10-12 Jubilee Hall Friday morning. Beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, courgettes, beetroot, some early apples and more.
Our cooks have put together a range of meals - cottage pie, Mediterranean veg (nice on pasta), quiches, savoury pies - fresh to take home to your fridge for a quick and easy meal this weekend.
Eccles cakes, sticky gingerbread, luxury fruit cake spiked with brandy, bara brith and more to browse.
Vegan and gluten free options.
Jams, marmalades, new season piccalilli.
Craft is full of gorgeous unique affordable treasures perfect for gifting.

It’s home grown veg season…
Cucumbers, courgettes, french beans, cauliflower, cavolo nero, a few of the first apples.
Our bakers and cooks have prepared a lovely array of pies, pasties, quiche, limoncello lemon cookies (slightly more-ish), Welsh cakes, Eccles cakes and… cake!
There is excellent gluten free baking.
Local honey.
Jams.
Preserves.
Excellent crafts - quite a variety and worth a browse to pick up something special for that friend who loves something hand made.
Greetings cards.
Fresh garden flowers.
Local farm eggs.
The cafe is a welcoming space to settle down for a catch with friends new and old.

Are you feeling too hot to cook? Let the market producers help! We have a selection of home cooked meals - ready for tomorrow there is chilli con carne, cottage pie and pasta bake. There will be home made cheesy bread. Lovely sweet treats and a range of delicious gluten free baking.

All our veg producers garden sustainably.
Crafts include a range of local scenes on fridge magnets and keyrings. Paintings of Bishops Waltham scenes. Wood craft, ceramic art, hats, bags, crochet. Some beautiful items perfect as unique gifts for someone special.

We have a new producer - beautiful beeswax candles.
We have local honey, freshly made jams from homegrown fruit, proper chutneys and marmalade made in small batches from scratch.
Excellent baking. Pies. Home cooked meals.
Freshly harvested local veg and soft fruit.
Fragrant garden flowers.
