Just to make you all aware, there will be a new addition to The Bike Bar's family later this year so I have decided to temporarily close the workshop for about a month or so to prioritise a new nursery build.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

On a side note: The Bike Bar is an appointment only workshop as I do have to work full time as well and I won't always be available for drop-ins. This information is on my Google page but not on Meta so this is just to make everyone on the Socials know 🙂

Yesterday was Global Recycling Day!

Did you know that The Bike Bar accepts your old bikes and bikes parts to either refurbish, re-use, repair or recycle to try to try to reduce waste?

Every donated bike will be serviced or rebuilt and listed for a lower price to help local families get great deals on pre-loved bikes.

What do you do when a customer brings you a tank with 2 wheels? Well, you improvise 🤣 meet my new work station. It actually works much better than a standard maintenance stand and offers 360 access to all components 👍👍
