So today marks the beginning of “maternal mental health week” (ironically I’m at home ill due to fibromyalgia !!🫤)

It is so important for all of us to be kind to ourselves after the delivery of our babies.

When pregnant - If we got a terrible flu 🤒 we would check with others what we could take that is deemed safe….

If our baby is unwell, 🤧 we check with others what we can do to ease their discomfort…..

We had the most incredible night at the Coastal Radio DAB Awards.
I started Goodwin Gifts in our front room almost a year ago, never did I imagine I’d be up for an award.
I didn’t win, but huge congratulations to Live in Blackpool who did 🥇🥂
It was a night we shall treasure.
Here’s to more memory making, networking and friends
