Some weddings stay in your heart long after the last flower has been packed away, and Caroline & Tor's beautiful celebration was certainly one of them.

Our journey together began many months before the wedding day with an online consultation, following a lovely introduction from their wonderful celebrant, Veronica. As Caroline and Tor live in Norway, much of our planning took place from afar, sharing ideas, discussing colour palettes, admiring flower inspiration and carefully bringing their vision to life. Then, just a few weeks before the wedding, we finally had the pleasure of meeting in person for the first time. It was such a lovely appointment and made the excitement of the approaching wedding feel even more real.

Then suddenly, the day we had all been waiting for arrived.

On the morning of the wedding, I had the enormous pleasure of presenting Caroline with her bridal bouquet in the bridal suite at The Clifton Arms. Designed in soft blush pinks, ivory and delicate greens, the bouquet was gathered in a loose garden style and filled with fragrant Peonies, precious Lily of the Valley, Jasmine, Sweet Peas, Garden Roses, Rosemary, Eucalyptus and Gypsophilia. Finished with ivory satin ribbon and pearl pins, it perfectly complemented her elegant gown from Lulu Browns.

A delicate floral hairpiece of miniature Roses and Jasmine completed her bridal look, whilst her bridesmaids carried beautifully coordinated bouquets inspired by Caroline's own.

We then made our way to the magnificent Lytham Hall, where the Registrar's tables were dressed with romantic arrangements of fresh Peonies and Roses ready for the ceremony. Back at The Clifton Arms, guests were welcomed into a reception filled with flowing garlands of Roses, Peonies, Rosemary and Eucalyptus, creating a wonderfully romantic atmosphere for the celebrations.

What began as virtual meetings across countries blossomed into a truly beautiful wedding day filled with love, laughter and unforgettable memories.

A huge congratulations to the lovely Caroline & Tor. Thank you for trusting us with your wedding flowers and for allowing us to be part of such a special chapter in your story. We wish you both a lifetime of happiness, adventure and love together. 🤍

Some weddings simply take your breath away, and Rebecca & Tom’s beautiful celebration at St Peter’s Church, Stonyhurst School was one of those unforgettable days. 🤍

The morning began with the presentation of Rebecca’s exquisite bridal bouquet, a timeless collection of glorious white Peonies including Bright White, Madame Claude Tain and Duchesse de Nemours, combined with fragrant Philadelphus, Jasmine, Sweet Peas and romantic Bridal Flow Roses. The perfect complement to her stunning gown from Suzanne Neville.

Tom wore a classic white Peony boutonniere, while the bridesmaids carried delicate posies of Peonies, Roses and Sweet Peas, creating a beautifully elegant bridal party.

Guests arriving at St Peter’s Church were welcomed by two magnificent floral pedestals overflowing with towering Delphiniums, Larkspur, Hydrangeas, Spirea, Roses and Peonies. Framing the church doorway, they created a spectacular floral entrance worthy of such a special occasion.

After exchanging their vows in the historic surroundings of Stonyhurst, Rebecca and Tom emerged as husband and wife to a joyful shower of fresh fragrant rose petal confetti. A moment filled with laughter, celebration and so much love.

From the delicate scent of Sweet Peas and Jasmine to the abundance of glorious Peonies, every flower was chosen to create an atmosphere of romance, elegance and timeless beauty.

It was an honour to flower such a wonderful wedding day.

What a truly beautiful day celebrating Jenny & Matt’s wedding at St Peter and St Paul’s Church, Bolton by Bowland, followed by their reception at the stunning Bashall Barn, Clitheroe 🤍✨

From the moment our wonderful Shirl presented Jenny and her bridesmaids with their glorious bouquets, the fragrance of Peonies, Roses, Sweet Peas, Stocks and delicate Gypsophilia filled the morning air. Soft, romantic and timeless in every way.

Watching the bridal party make their way to church was such a special moment, and seeing Jenny & Matt walk back out as newlyweds beneath a shower of fresh petal confetti was simply magical ✨ Surrounded by so much love, laughter and happiness, it was a day nobody will forget.

There are some wedding bouquet presentations that stay with you forever… and this was absolutely one of them 🌈✨

On Saturday at beautiful Calderstones Park in Liverpool, our lovely Shirl presented Sarah & Alice with their gloriously vibrant wedding bouquets inspired by the incredible mood board and vision they shared with us from the very beginning.

Their key words were bright, cheerful, colourful, joyous, fun, vibrant, disco and unapologetically q***r — and every single stem was chosen to bring that energy to life. 🪩💐

The bouquets were overflowing with rich Purples, fiery Oranges, glowing Coral and electric Pink tones, filled with layers of texture, movement and personality throughout. We designed using Sunflowers, Roses, Coral & Bright Pink Peonies, Sweet Peas, sculptural Leucospermum, elegant Vanda Orchids, delicate Fritillaries, Delphiniums, scented Stocks, Dahlias, Daisies and so many more beautiful seasonal flowers.

One of our favourite personal touches was the addition of vibrant Chili Peppers woven throughout the bouquets as a tribute to their beloved cat Pepper 🌶️ — quirky, playful and completely perfect for them.

What made the moment even more emotional was that Alice’s Auntie Deborah, who had so generously gifted their wedding flowers, was there to witness the presentation in person. Watching Sarah & Alice’s faces light up with happiness while Deborah looked on so proudly was something truly special for all of us to witness.

These are the moments we treasure most — when flowers become part of the emotion, the memories and the story of the day itself.

There are some wedding morning moments that stay with you forever… and Saturday morning at Thicket Lodge, Bartle Hall was certainly one of them 🤍✨

Standing on the beautiful decking surrounded by soft morning light, our Vicky had the absolute pleasure of presenting Hannah with her bridal bouquet — a design created so thoughtfully to complement every romantic detail of her wedding look.

Inspired by Hannah’s exquisite ivory Elise gown from Ava Rose Hamilton, with its delicate floral appliqué and pearl-detailed cathedral veil, the bouquet was designed as a naturally loose, gathered posy following the soft shapes and movement of the dress itself.

Filled with the dreamiest collection of flowers including fragrant Pillow Talk roses, ruffled peonies, blush dahlias, delicate chrysanthemums, rosemary, gypsophilia, elegant Bells of Ireland and tiny blue Forget-Me-Nots woven gently throughout, the bouquet blended soft mauve pinks, ivory tones, fresh greens and the faintest whisper of blue.

Finished with an ivory satin handle adorned with pearls and precious keepsake charms, it felt so perfectly personal to Hannah 🤍

With her beautiful blonde braided hair styled half up half down, glowing natural makeup and pearl details flowing throughout her bridal styling, everything came together so effortlessly beautifully.

It was one of those truly magical moments where flowers become part of the story — the excitement, the emotion, the anticipation of seeing the person you love waiting at the end of the aisle ✨

Jessica & Marcus’ beautiful Wedding at Browsholme Hall was the perfect celebration of relaxed romance, wild natural beauty and the great outdoors brought indoors 🤍🌿✨

Their floral styling was designed to feel wonderfully wholesome, textured and completely unique, as though guests had stepped into an abundant English countryside meadow filled with colour, scent and movement.

For the Ceremony, we dressed the wooden pagoda with fresh flowing florals to frame Jessica & Marcus as they exchanged their vows. Vibrant Delphiniums, Foxgloves, Lupins, cheerful Daisies and golden Sunflowers were intertwined with trailing Amaranthus, soft Grasses, Ferns, Jasmine, Rosemary and layers of Spanish and Bun Moss creating an effortlessly wild and romantic feel throughout the space.

The Registrars table was styled with a lush meadow-inspired floral design surrounded by candlelight, reminiscent of a peaceful walk through the countryside at sunset. One of the loveliest parts of the day was seeing this floral design later transformed into the Top Table arrangement for the Wedding Breakfast, allowing the beauty of the Ceremony to continue into the evening celebrations.

The aisle was lined with delicate “just picked” wild flower posies tied to alternate chairs, whilst seed boxes filled with bark, mosses and fresh floral posies sat alongside glowing cloche candles. These beautiful details were later repurposed as table centrepieces, creating a seamless floral story throughout the day.

Bottles and jars overflowing with colourful wild flowers completed the look and brought such warmth, personality and charm to the Reception styling.

The wonderful team at Twelve created an incredible dining experience for guests and the beautiful cake by What Katy Baked was dressed with matching fresh flowers to tie every last detail together perfectly.

Just married at the beautiful Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa in Borrowdale, Keswick 🤍✨

Victoria & Lee’s wedding day was filled with romance, emotion and the most incredible Lake District scenery imaginable. Moments after saying “I do”, our lovely couple were showered with clouds of fragrant fresh Rose petal confetti surrounded by their family and friends — such a joyful, unforgettable moment to witness.

For their wedding flowers we worked in the softest palette of palest lemon and ivory, creating designs filled with luxurious Roses, billowing Peonies, scented Sweet Peas, delicate Lily of the Valley, Philadelphus, trailing Jasmine and elegant Phalaenopsis Orchids.

Their ceremony space was framed by four magnificent Garden Urns overflowing with Larkspur, Spirea, Stocks, Hydrangeas, Roses and Peonies, bringing softness, movement and romance to this breathtaking setting.

There are some weddings where every single detail comes together so beautifully… and this truly was one of them 🤍

There are some moments on a Wedding Day that feel almost magical… and Thursday at beautiful Browsholme Hall & The Tithe Barn was certainly one of them 🤍✨

In the charming Mews Cottage, our Jason had the absolute pleasure of presenting Jessica with her heavenly wild bridal bouquet, and what a bouquet it was… a gloriously romantic, nature-inspired creation overflowing with movement, texture, colour and scent.

Filled with graceful Grasses, trailing Amaranthus, delicate Ferns, joyful Daisies, golden Sunflowers, scented Sweet Peas, Jasmine, vibrant Monbretia, towering Delphiniums and so many other beautiful seasonal flowers besides, the bouquet looked as though it had been gathered straight from an enchanted summer garden.

Watching Jessica see and hold her bouquet for the very first time was such a special moment. Every flower had its place, every stem moved beautifully and together they created something wonderfully wild, elegant and completely unforgettable.

Yesterday was such a beautiful morning in The Singleton Suite at Bartle Hall Hotel as our lovely Vicky presented Savannah with her glorious cascading bridal bouquet before the celebrations began ✨

Designed to be wonderfully romantic and full of movement, Savannah’s bouquet featured exquisite Orchids, Roses, elegant Calla Lilies, fragrant Sweet Peas, delicate Jasmine and luxurious Peonies. The scent in the room was simply incredible 🤍

One of the loveliest parts of the morning is always introducing each flower to our Bride and showing her how to hold and carry her bouquet beautifully ready for that unforgettable walk down the aisle. Those special quiet moments before the excitement begins are always such a privilege to share.

Today at Flower Design we were celebrating our very own ‘Shirl the Girl’ on her Birthday 🎉💐

From making Daisy Chain headdresses to enjoying a gorgeous Betty’s Afternoon Tea in the staff room with her work family, it was such a lovely day filled with laughter, flowers and lots of birthday cheer 🫖🌼

Shirl was completely spoiled with the loveliest collection of flower & plant themed gifts, perfectly chosen for one very special flower girl 💚 and of course there was cake… not the biggest cake in all the world, but today we were definitely choosing quality over quantity 🍰✨

We honestly couldn’t imagine Flower Design without her kindness, warmth, humour and caring nature. She brings so much happiness to all of us every single day and we all adore her dearly.
