Yesterday saw us round off the week at the studio with a full day of workshops.

It was lovely to welcome back familiar faces as well as plenty of new ones giving the wheels of steel a go for the first time.

We made a brilliant mix of pots throughout the week from the familiar cups, bowls and plates with a few oil bottles, vases and a honey pot in the mix to spice things up a little.

One of the things we love about the workshops is seeing just how different everyone’s pots turn out. Same clay, same wheel, same two hours but every piece is unique.

We’re now taking bookings for October and November so if have a birthday, anniversary or a special day coming up why not celebrate it with something a little different and book a pottery workshop

We’ve had a brilliant week of workshops at the studio to round off the summer.

We finished the week by welcoming Iola and her friends to celebrate her 15th birthday 🎂 as well as Gafyn & Selena, Richard & Rachel who joined us to celebrate their 9th wedding anniversary. I also got to make some pots with my good friend Josie Llew who is visiting from Vietnam.

Birthdays, anniversaries or just an excuse to get together and make some pots we are here for you and love being part of it.

A massive thank you to everyone who has joined us at the studio this summer it’s been a busy one.

What a difference a week makes. Flash back to last Saturday at COALTOWN Summer Solstice event in sunny Ammanford. What a brilliant weekend it was, thanks to everyone who had a go on the wheel, bought a pot or just came over to chat.

Fast forward a week and we are back in the studio delivering workshops 11-4pm with slightly less sunshine but plenty of pots.
