Wow! Had an amazing " whistle stop tour" of Biblical prophecy yesterday as Gareth Edwards from ( Good News,Perthshire) led us through "Focus on the Future", while reminding us God's prophecies in the Old Testament were fulfilled in the New Testamen - the promised Messiah (Jesus) came!
How good to know that despite all the chaos in our world today
the promised Messiah is coming back! God is in control and His word tells us "I Jehovah change not" - Malachi 3 v 6. - reminded of of an old hymn "On Christ the solid rock I stand, All other ground is sinking sand".

"Limited or Lazy" is the fascinating title of a brand new cookbook authored by Lyn (Smith) - ex teacher at Blair High. Lyn has produced a treasure trove of food ideas that the title describes.
We have a limited stock, but a lovely idea for a special Christmas present and the proceeds of sales are to go to the on going research for a cure of Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

Just reflecting on this week in Number 62 - a lady popped in, just looking for a gift for a friend, she found what she wanted, as she was leaving she added, " Oh, by the way I had a interesting conversation with a friend in town and I came and took a little Bible from the shop door to give to her" - that's why we're here, even when we are closed!
