Furious! 😭🤬

Imagine the Royal Mail delivering something in this condition that clearly states DO NOT BEND on the envelope.. it also had an extra backing board inside that I put in every order for extra protection. So they’ve clearly bent it to fit in their bag or whatever.

The worst of this? Etsy have said this is my fault and I have to refund the customer as they won’t allow this under buyer protection.
