Old Tom style, 40% — honey and a twice-used vanilla pod doing the rounding, the same waste-not habit as the rum side of the business. Softer than the other three so far, less juniper upfront. The one I’d hand someone who says they don’t usually like gin.

I delicious drink always makes everything a little more rosey.

To celebrate my upcoming release of on the 18th I’m starting a special little menu this weekend. Five cocktails, each using one of the new gins.

This one’s the Martinez, a blend of my Old Tom Gin, sweet vermouth, maraschino liqueur and bitters. Seriously smashable and perfect now the weather’s turning.

Come and enjoy one open Friday 7:15pm until 10pm and Saturday 2:30pm until 10pm.
