Alice Hickson is a British freediving athlete, instructor, and multiple national record holder with a lifelong passion for the water. Since discovering freediving, she has dedicated herself to mastering the sport’s unique blend of athletic performance, mental focus, and connection to water.

A World Champion, British National Champion and 10 x British record holder, Alice has represented Great Britain on the international stage and continues to push the boundaries of her own performance. Known for her strength in both pool and depth disciplines, she currently holds multiple British freediving records and is recognised as one of the UK’s leading freediving athletes.

Beyond competition, Alice is passionate about teaching and sharing the transformative power of freediving. She loves helping others build confidence, develop new skills, and experience the calm, freedom, and beauty that the underwater world offers. Whether coaching, competing, or exploring the ocean, Alice is driven by a deep respect for the ocean and a desire to inspire others to discover what lies beneath the surface.

🌊WELCOME TO THE TEAM🌊

Laura is a UK freediver based between Scotland and Timor-Leste. She has spent over a decade working in the water all over the world, either leading marine conservation expeditions or teaching diving. Having discovered freediving in 2017 she moved away from teaching scuba, preferring to gain her freediving instructor qualifications and teaching that instead. She found the accessibility of freediving very appealing and also enjoyed the calm quiet it offered. Laura loves to teach in exotic and remote locations, and enjoys sharing the calm quiet beauty of the blue water and depth.
Laura has flirted with being an athlete herself, competing in both the pool and depth and loves the challenge, introspection and focus it offers. Currently ranked withing the UKs top 10 freediving athletes, Laura is quietly consistent and enjoys working on her own craft.
Find Laura teaching freediving courses from her Scotland HQ in Oban or leading whale expeditions and community projects in Timor-leste.
