💪 THE EVOLUTION OF PROGYM BODMIN 💪
Take a look back at the evolution of ProGym over the years…
Right back to when Richard Hidderley first took over the unit, ripped the place apart and built it into the gym it is today. A huge amount of work went into creating the space, including bringing in the high-end, British-made Watson equipment that has become such a big part of what makes ProGym what it is. 🏋️♂️
Fast forward to 2026 and it’s now our turn to put our stamp on the place.
Since taking over, myself and Evie Hidderley have completely redecorated, rearranged the floor space and opened up an additional room to create a dedicated cardio area. 🚴♂️🏃♂️
And we’re far from finished… 👀
There’s still plenty more development planned, more equipment to come and more changes we want to make.
ProGym may have traditionally been known as an old-school bodybuilding gym — and we’re proud of that history — but we also want to bring our own touch to it.
Our aim is to keep the character, atmosphere and serious training mentality that ProGym has always had, while creating a more welcoming and inclusive gym for everyone in 2026.
Whether you’re a seasoned bodybuilder, completely new to training, into strength, cardio, fitness or just want somewhere you feel comfortable training…
There’s a place for you at ProGym. ❤️
This is the evolution of ProGym… and we’re only just getting started. 🔥
