Birthday treats - our first visit to Fern at Nanstallon, where we had a delicious lazy Sunday lunch cooked by chef Paul Welburn.

A fabulous set lunch menu meant no pressure to make decisions and every course brought us fabulous local ingredients, beautifully prepared.

Lovely to hear that some of our market traders are suppliers , Conor & Rose - and we swopped ideas for other suppliers too.

Another wonderful addition to the North Cornwall food scene joining other favourites such as .cafe, .kd and The Rocket Store
