🌿 Could you help us make Cedarcroft Nurseries a haven for wildlife? 🐝🦋🐦
For quite some time we’ve had a vision of creating a nursery that’s not only known for growing Christmas trees and pumpkins, but also for supporting nature.
We’ve already made a start.
Over the past few years we’ve introduced a number of small changes across the nursery to encourage more wildlife, and the results have been incredibly encouraging. It’s amazing how quickly nature responds when it’s given the opportunity.
Now we’d love to take the next step.
We’re looking to connect with local wildlife groups, beekeepers, conservation volunteers, universities, colleges and individuals who share a passion for the natural world.
Perhaps you’re looking for a community project, a research opportunity, or simply somewhere to put your knowledge and enthusiasm into practice. Our crop rotation and evolving nursery could provide opportunities to trial ideas that benefit both wildlife and sustainable farming.
We don’t claim to have all the answers, and with a busy working nursery we’d much rather work alongside people with the experience and enthusiasm to help shape something special.
