As a family-run business, we felt it was important to speak to you directly following the recent recall of a specific batch of our Honeycomb Blast Choc Bar.
First and foremost, we are very sorry for the concern and disappointment this situation has caused. When we became aware that a trace of undeclared milk had been identified in a specific batch of this product, our immediate priority was to remove the affected batch from sale and communicate the recall as quickly as possible. We know many of our customers place their trust in us when choosing products for themselves and their families, and we take that responsibility very seriously.
We would like to reassure customers that this issue is limited to a single batch of Honeycomb Blast Choc Bar.
Our Free From products are made in a dedicated production site where dairy is not handled. Testing and investigation have identified a single issue within the supply chain relating to this specific batch of the Honeycomb Blast product. No issues have been identified in any other batches of this product or in any other Buttermilk product.
