An early update regarding our Summer 🌞 shut down it will be one half day on the Friday I fly out. And 5 days Closed Monday - Friday from the 17th July for our family holiday. I like to do early updates so you can prepare for it in case you need to stock up before we close for 5 and half days this year. Thanks for the ongoing support 🙏

Things I haven't mentioned on the video I'm personally very frustrated with protein powder prices and I will be honest where at the stage where it's cheaper to get your protein through real food Chicken, Eggs 🥚 etc I've always been a advocate to say even though I sell protein powders to get the majority of your protein through Real Food. We are where we are regarding prices increasing literally every year now, I'm probably more frustrated than the customers trust me. This is why I've gone into making our own supplements now but I will be honest protein powders are at the bottom of my list there's literally no money in it anymore and we just get it in to keep our customers happy. Thanks for the ongoing support and I'm sorry to have to do this again it's probably looking from next week now. ❤️
