Gang… can we just take a moment for this weather forecast?! ☀️😱 25–26 degrees?! Sunshine? Actual sunshine? I for one am VERY ready for a bit of warmth and a cheeky Bank Holiday relax 😎🍦

BUT… whilst you lot are planning BBQs and sitting in the garden with a brew… spare a thought for your local chocolatier because this is basically my version of a weather warning 😵‍💫🍫

Hot weather + chocolate shipping = daily weather stalking and me becoming that person checking forecasts every five minutes 👀😂

So this week I’ll likely be posting reminders daily… because nobody wants a melted chocolate tragedy arriving at their door 💔

Gang… I’ve been making these Peanut Logs recently and ohhh they’re a bit special 🥜🤎

Milk and dark chocolate shells, filled with smooth, punchy peanut gianduja, then finished with a cheeky drizzle of caramelised gold chocolate. Melt-in-the-mouth, rich, nutty and utterly delicious.

And cheekily… if I had to describe them? Think Reese’s Peanut Cups… but y’know… good 😁👀

Oh… and they come in a pack of 2 because we all know full well one was never going to be enough 😏

Not gonna lie, these may have accidentally become a new obsession in the kitchen.

Roasted cashews, stone-ground in house into the smoothest, dreamiest nut paste… mixed with luxurious Valrhona Ivoire white chocolate, then double dipped in outrageously good caramelised chocolate 🤎

They’re rich, creamy, nutty, melt-in-the-middle little chonks of joy and honestly? I may have accidentally created something a bit dangerous here 👀😂
