We’ve had a few mix-ups recently and want to make sure nobody misses out on making their event glow! 🎈📸

Deposit = Secured Date: Enquiring, getting a quote, or receiving bank details does not reserve your date. Your booking is only officially entered into our diary once your deposit is paid!

7-Day Final Payment: Full payment is now strictly required 7 days prior to your event date. If payment isn't received by then, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and reassign the numbers.

Deposit Policy: Please note that deposits are non-refundable for cancellations that are no fault of our own.
