I’ve had a bride cancel her order after I’ve made her two different bouquets !!!!
The photo is of the first bouquet as the second one wasn’t complete
I only ordered her flowers after she confirmed the colours etc and style which was a teardrop bouquet.
Made her bouquet in the colours she agreed upon and then she decided she didn’t like the darker pink . Out of good faith I said I would make another one at no extra cost and she showed me the bridesmaids dresses which were pastel shades and I couldn’t use the ones I had ordered so had the pastel shades in stock and she was happy with those shades so I went ahead . As my brides know I send photos as I make their flowers so I showed her the unfinished bouquet so she could see the flowers together.
She then decided she wanted to cancel the order completely after me making her two bouquets for her !!!!

Im happy for brides to cancel and I’m happy for brides to say they want changes in their bouquets but to have one made in one colour scheme then say I want another colour scheme then say I it’s not what she envisioned is unfair on a small independent business like mine who spend hours making the flowers and money on specific flowers as my bouquets are custom made
