No alarms. No rushing. No feeling guilty for doing absolutely nothing.

Fresh bedding, a good brew, something worth watching and an afternoon where the biggest decision is whether to get off the sofa… or head back to bed. 😴

Rest isn’t wasted time. A proper chance to switch off and recharge can make all the difference before Monday comes around.

So if today’s plans involve doing very little…
