As a result of this, as well as ongoing monitoring of what we've not got quite right we've made some changes.
From a delivery point of view we have prioritised Parcel Force as our designated next day delivery option. This has cost more, but has ensured that our complaints in this area have come down and the parts have arrived as expected.
The listings in question have been changed and improved. Listing improvement is vitally important and this happens all the time. A call to customer services costs us money as well as your time and energy.
We are in the process of putting a new telephone system in place which should be finished in the next couple of weeks. Out goes the dreaded mailboxes that get full.
The best way to contact us is always via our website following the contact us page. Then we can make sure that you don't waste time and we can prioritise your problem.
Emails will only be answered during our working hours. That's something we may have to work on!
