December life, part 2 - Hellos & Goodbyes
Happy January love♥️

Rick arrived to Costa Rica yayyy. I was jumping up & down at the airport…with a sign. I ran outside the rails, I couldn’t stop myself, I was so excited, nervous…all the feels.

Ricks been here in Costa Rica 2 wks now. So far we’ve spent time in 2 parts of CR.

The 1st wk Rick was feeling into the life I’ve lived the past 3yrs, catching up from our 4months apart. We visited my old jungle home, dance church, all the things. We spent Christmas with Patti & family, which was also our goodbye. Saying goodbye to Patti, Mark & the kids hit deep this time.

Taking cold outdoor showers in the heat, turned into piping hot baths in the cold mountains, oh the duality.

We head into the cloud, MonteVerde, for wk2. I love the freshness of the mountains, the air & crisp rivers. We spent time in the village, the nature walks, the art, bathed & lay looking out at the mountains from our container home in the cloud as we envisioned our future, its been a long awaited dream.

It’s so beautiful to experience a healthy conscious relationship. Being with someone who can see their shadows & yours too. Know when they are activated & you are too. Who can read the energy of spaces & predict needs, while also catering to their own. Who sets loving boundaries, while honouring yours. The deeper we go into ourselves, the more we align with others who are also connected to themselves, their heart, live in their body & are committed to living a life of truth. Keep doing it beauty.

We arrived to pachamma yesterday, where this journey began for me 3yrs ago. I love those full circles & cannot wait for Rick & I to experience all the magic of pachamma together…our last 2wks in Costa Rica.

Pachamama is where I’ll be saying goodbye to Costa Rica & closing what’s been the most transformative 3yrs of my life.

Then we are off to Australia, where the visions come to life. I’m so excited to meet Ricks family & friends.

See you end of Jan love, excited to share settling into the new with you, as we all prepare for the real new year in March.

November…a month of life & death. The magic, sadness & it all.

Month 1 of 4 offline

November began with pattis blessing way, what a magical day nourishing mama before baba arrived.

Leading into the birth portal preparations, birth preferences, 4th trimester & getting in the swing of things to support the family.

To then celebrating Pattis birthday.

The pendulum swung on 11.11 & the news of my grandads passing came with a wave of guilt & sadness for not being close to my family at this time. Week prior I was singing a little bird back to life, the cycles of life & death.

Deep reflections came from the news. My grandad lived 96 years, raised 10 Children alone, after my Nan passing when my dad was a boy, he never remarried. They birthed children, who birthed children, what a lineage. This led me to creating my family tree & send love to all my family, distance family & their family. Rest in peace Tommy Forshaw, crocky legend.

To then swinging all the way to new life, baby Aston was born. Being with my sister at her birth I can’t put into words. To welcome me into that space was the greatest honour that’s ever been extended to me, such a sacred time. He is magic, pure magic & mama…what a woman. Nirvana is a big sister now, what a huge time this is for her.

Nirvana & I created a bingo game for mummy, 40 days of nourishing mama. We have had so much fun, she’s taking me through the life of a 2yr old, the highs & the lows.

This time has naturally led me to thinking of becoming a mum, what the yrs ahead will bring. So another initiation into death & birth on a whole other level. It’s been rooting, grounding & the insight has been life altering.

As the month came to an end nirvana & I found a snake skin in the jungle….the shedding.

I’m so happy I’ve taken this time offline with a phone only for family & threading wisdom, it’s been supportive to lean all the way in, be present & of service in all the ways.

So that’s Nov, see you in Dec love, who knows what the month will bring. I’m so excited for Rick to land in CR Dec & get a glimpse into the life I’ve lived here for almost 3yrs.

Life is so fragile & tomorrow isn’t promised…live now, see you soon love♥️

Boom 🕊️

It’s not just about what happened in childhood. It’s not even about catastrophic events. It’s those little things that all add up, that happen over years on the micro. It’s about our birth, how we came into the world. Not even that, it’s about how our mothers felt and their mothers felt because we were inside them when they did.. feel it all. It’s not even just that. It’s about all of our lives before this one. To add, society alone, it’s the undoing of it all.

So if you ever question life… just remember this.. it’s soooo much more and all before. Moving onto the path of self isn’t just about there needing to be something wrong.. there is by default something wrong.

Us however, are not that thing,. We are not doing anything here, we are undoing.. we are remembering who we were before all of that happened and that’s how we get home.
