Just a little check-in while we’re away… 👋☀️

Firstly… my sister absolutely nailed this picture! 😂🤦‍♀️🫶

After a few days of holiday chaos already, we’ve decided our son really is Bamm-Bamm: he’s been full-on from sunrise to bedtime, and we’re now half-jokingly wondering if, just like in The Flintstones, he was adopted into the family because we genuinely don’t know where he gets his energy from! 🤣

It’s definitely been more chaotic than restful, and I think I’ll be coming home more tired than when we left… but I wouldn’t change it for the world. These are the wonderfully mad memories that make family holidays so special. ❤️

Thank you for bearing with me if you’re waiting for a reply. I know I still have a few messages to get back to, but I’ll be back with my diary next week and will get back to everyone as soon as I can.

Officially ‘out of office’ for a short while!

I’m currently on holiday with my team and will therefore no longer be able to put together any last minute or short notice orders. Please feel free to still drop me a message with any enquiries (although response time may be a lot longer than usual, so I apologise in advance for this 😘)

Everyone deserves a break to recharge and the only way I feel like I do this is by actually going away! It definitely won’t be a relaxing week with the kiddies, but I can’t wait all the same!

I’ve got 8 boxes of these little beauties… well… beauties with a bit of character! 😂

Some milk bottles have had a bit of a glow-down and a few are looking a little… artistically disfigured. They still taste exactly the same, but they’re not quite pretty enough to make the cut for my gift boxes (my perfectionist brain just won’t allow it! 🙈).

And there’s a little twist… the strawberry milk bottles have just ONE WEEK left on their best before date.

I’m so, SO proud to share that Little Beau Treats has officially been awarded a 5⭐ Food Hygiene Rating! 🥳🎉

I’ll be honest… this inspection was probably one of the things that almost stopped me from ever starting Little Beau Treats. 🙃 The thought of someone coming to inspect every little detail felt pretty daunting! But taking that leap and going for it has turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. 💪🏼

Although what I make is considered low risk from a food hygiene point of view, I’ve never believed that means standards should be any lower. 👌From day one, I’ve worked incredibly hard to make sure everything is done properly, legally and to the highest possible standard. Every box has been ticked, every process thought through, and absolutely no corners have been cut. I wanted to build a business that people could genuinely trust, and this rating is proof that all of that hard work has paid off. 🙏

What’s even more surreal is that this has all happened during one of the busiest times of my life. I’ve been finishing the school year as a teacher, trying to keep up with an amazing number of orders (thank you all! ❤️), and juggling life with my supportive husband and my two wonderful (yet very demanding) children… so squeezing in all the preparation for this inspection has definitely been a challenge!🤯

Receiving that 5⭐ rating feels like such a huge achievement, and I’m genuinely so proud of myself. 🥹 Sometimes we forget to stop and celebrate the little wins, but this one feels like a big one.

Thank you to every single person who has supported Little Beau Treats so far. Every order, every recommendation, every like and comment has helped make this little dream possible. Here’s to continuing to create beautiful treats that you can enjoy with complete confidence. 💛
