So the Store Anniversary finished today. Congratulations to Warhammer Boston for being 16years old and for everyone who has come through its doors. So many wonderful people have begun their hobby journeys here.
And this great store will keep on going with every new friend you all bring in and help get started in the hobby. :)

We held our Hero Hobby Challenge yesterday and the finals for our Build and Play activities.

Hero Hobby Challenge:
First place - Sophie S
Second place - Gemma
Third place - Scott G

Two-headed Giant building:
First place - Gem and Toby 2:03
Second place - Charlie and Fenton 2:31
Third place - Andrew and Joe 2:48

Monster Mash:
First place - Charlie
Second place - Lilley

Well done everybody!

The Store Anniversary gifts that have been earned will arrive in store in a couple of weeks, after the final numbers of items have been confirmed.

I will be away from Thursday next week, for a much needed break, before we head into the autumn and the run up to Christmas!
Bradley will be looking after the store and can assist you in getting your hobby supplies and place your mail orders for your awesome miniatures.

The 16th Store Anniversary is here!
Come down to the store to celebrate 16 years of Warhammer Boston.

These last 15 and a half years have been amazing for me. Seeing you all bring in your friends to help them get started in the hobby. And being able to show you all the core skills to start you on your hobby journeys, has been the best part of my job. I look forward to helping you with all of your hobby needs for another 15 and a half years!!

Come down, bring your friends and enjoy getting the Warhammer Anniversary gifts, with your qualifying purchases today!

Join in on our Hero Hobby Challenge: 2 random miniatures to choose from, 3 random major colours and 1 week to complete! Start it any time during the week of the Store Anniversary and bring it back on by 12pm on Saturday 5th September for the Hero Parade!

Join in on the Two-Headed-Giant Building! Bring a friend to build an Ork boy together by only using one of your arms each! Set your stopwatch and see how fast you can do it!

Join in on the Monster Mash! Bring a built and painted Monster or Vehicle on Saturday 5th September 3pm, to duke it out with other Gargants of the battlefield. No monsters in your collection? Bring a hero and standard size unit that you think could take one on!

Wow! That’s a lot of things happening! Come down and get stuck in!

The Store Anniversary begins next week! On 29th August the store will be 16 years old. What an incredible length of time.
I’ve been here for 15 years and 6 months of that!
I’ve had the absolute pleasure of helping so many of you through your hobby journeys. Watching you start from painting your first miniatures and rolling your first Warhammer dice. To becoming incredible hobbyists enjoying everything Warhammer!

Try something new Friday! From 3pm today, the table will be set up for games of 11th Edition Warhammer 40,000. Come down with a combat patrol force and get some hands on experience with the new rules! You can also check out the new terrain that will be inside the Starter Set released on the 25th July and on preorder no2z

Good morning! Today is a hot day! Drink plenty of water.

I’m looking forward to seeing what projects you are currently working on and give you what help you need to move that project forward, or start a new one! I love starting new projects. Lots of new miniatures on the way and lots of wonderful things to do!

This evening, we would normally have Try Something New Friday. However, it will be on pause today as I move my shelves around!

Next Friday, we will have Try Something New Friday Warhammer 40,000! Get to grips with the new 11th Edition. Come down and ask questions, sort out army lists and even play some small games! Pop in to the store today and this weekend to let me know if you’d like to join in!

Saturday afternoon, the Table is going to be set up for battles within the Hive Death Mire Gallows Space Port. Get a game in and record it for whether the Imperium or Orks will win!
