📦 Online Orders & Postage

The role isn't just about serving customers in-store. You’ll also be involved with our online store, including:

- Processing online orders
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Preparing orders for postage
- Checking the correct products are being sent
- Keeping online stock levels accurate
- Maintaining a high standard of online customer service

💼 Experience

Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but attitude, reliability, initiative and work ethic are more important to us.

We’re happy to train the right person who is willing to learn and get stuck in.
