Annie Batten❤️ Hi, I’m Annie a working Clairvoyant and counselling medium.

I’m a busy working Mum. I help run my partners business in Bournemouth town centre. The shop we have is over 100 years old and is where I like to carry out many of my readings. It’s a great atmosphere for my spirit guides to work with me. Many of them are as dear to me in death as they were in life; but of course there is no death as I hope to share with you. My approach to my work is very down to

earth. I’m not a magician. There are no special effects. There is only one true energy that I work with: LOVE. I love helping people, “fixing people” if you like. Sometimes I feel more of a “Life coach” then a spirit worker, but we’re all many things. I’m merely a vessel to allow messages to come through to help, assist and guide you along your path. A lot of course is down to you, as there is no magic cure for pain, loss or grief, but a little help in the right direction is sometimes all that is needed. It’s the same with the future. The unknown . People spending too much time “seeking and not enough doing”. They wait and wait without putting any input in. Then they want me to tell them that life will always be great and a bed of roses and that they will be millionaires. Surely some of them will. We all have a free will and we all have choices and primarily it’s what we do with our lives and those choices that enrich our future and our own lives. We are always in control of our destiny. There will always be love and death in our lives it’s how we deal with this that truly matters. It could be closure you are looking for or help with a difficult relationship. Don't take life too seriously. Most of what we fear never happens, and the little that does is usually beyond our control anyway.

Release the belief that everything in this lifetime will be gentle, beautiful or kind. For every warm heart, there is a cold one. For every success story, there is a shadow chapter. For every rise, a fall.

This is the balance of life. The dance between light and dark.

So breathe
Let go
And stop gripping so tightly
Life isn't meant to be perfect ... its meant to be lived 😍

✨️ Sometimes I love to sit in a quiet church and just sit for a while.

There's something about these places that feels deeply special ---- especially at this time of year. The hush, the way the sunlight spills through stained-glass windows, the scent of old wood and stone, and that rare stillness you can't find in many places anymore.

The moment you step inside, everything softens. The world outside feels miles away.
I remember my Dad taking me when I was young. I never fully appreciated nor understood what called him there--whether it was desire or duty--but something about those moments stayed with me.

For me, it isn't about religion or doctrine.It's about the feeling of peace these spaces hold. So many lives have passed through, places like this have become custodians for thousands of people's payers, hopes and dreams.
You can feel it, that quiet imprint of human devotion. Sacred spaces aren't only found in churches. They're in bluebell woods 🌿 on hilltops overlooking the world 🌅 in temples, or anywhere your soul feels held.
